These terms govern your use of the Mulckhuyse Consulting website. By accessing or using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. “MC”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Mulckhuyse Consulting, registration number 2026/643217/07.

It does not constitute a binding offer, technical specification, professional advice, financial advice or a guarantee that a particular solution is suitable for your business.

Any consulting, development, integration, hosting or support engagement is governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, agreement or other accepted commercial terms.

3. Demonstration content

Interface previews, dashboards, customer names, metrics and examples on this website may use fictitious or sanitised demonstration data. They illustrate the type of systems we can design and do not represent live client information, audited results or guaranteed outcomes.

• use the website for an unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its infrastructure or connected systems;
• introduce malicious code, automated abuse or unreasonable traffic;
• misrepresent an association with MC; or

Unless otherwise indicated, the MC name, branding, website design, copy, graphics, demonstrations and other original website materials belong to Mulckhuyse Consulting or are used under licence. All rights are reserved.

Client-specific intellectual property, project deliverables and pre-existing technology are governed by the applicable project agreement and are not determined by these website terms.

The website may link to or embed services operated by third parties, including Cal.com, LinkedIn, Google, WhatsApp and other providers. We do not control those services and their availability, security and data practices are governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, current or free from harmful components. We may modify, suspend or remove website content or functionality without notice.
